Bizarre formation in carrot field. Appeared over 2 nights. An ellipse with a cross in the first night, and a rectangle with long path in the second night. Impressive lay: two halves of the ellipse had the carrot leaves flat against the soil in opposite directions, with an entire row in the middle with leaves split in both directions! Very delicate plants, yet undamaged (seemed heated), soft soil, but no traces of human activity at all. Several burn marks. Aerial photographs available.
