Report from Jan Willem Bobbink and Robert Boerman

Just as we we left the Dronten formation, we received another phonecall of a new formation near Wilhelminaoord. After we spoke to the farmer by phone, we told him that we wan to do some research the next day.

This formation in wheat was formed in the night of july 12/13. The farmer told us that he was near the field at saturday at 6 pm and the next morning at 9.30 am. The formation is nearly visible from the road. There were no footprints of whatever in both circles and the ring. When the farmer entered the field at sunday morning, he told us that there were no traces of human activity. Even the grass which growns inside the tramlines, was undamaged. The farmer did not heard or saw strange sounds or light.

The farmer told also that he was a farmer all his live and that he never has seen this before. He was proud to have a crop circle in his field.

After researched the formation, we noticed some strange things: at the outside of the single circle (on the foreground of the photo), we saw a ring of 20 cm. width which was pressed more to the ground than the rest of the wheat. The upper part of the stalks inside the circle were rising up a bit, but the lower part of the stalks were still pressed down to the ground.

The same was in the circle which was surrounded by the ring: there was also a ring of 20 cm. width in the outside of the circle and at the inside of the surrounding ring ( see photo's next page). We also measured a lot of leylines. In the single circle we measured a ley center with 6 lines and the other circle has a leycenter of 5 lines.

When my son Bart Boerman (9) was standing next to my car on the road, he saw some balls of light jumping out of the standing crop close to the single circle. We saw this before in the Biddinghuizen formation of 2002. In spite of his young age, Bart can handle the dowsing rods very good.

The farmer does not want any publicity, so it is not allowed to enter the field.
